“Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth barbeque!”
Reviewed 27 July 2011

Stopped in for a late lunch and servings were large enough to cover for dinner, too. BBQ brisket nachos were delicious (and massive)! Pulled pork sandwich special with slaw and beans very tasty. Award-winning sauces, 7 of them to try. Highly recommended!

“Great find for lunch!”
Reviewed 3 July 2011

Very simple BBQ place that you barely notice. Our Duck Ride tour guide, Captain Crunch, recommended it to our tour as we passed. My family was very happy with the pulled pork sandwiches. My 5 year old who only eats chicken fingers was forced to have pulled pork....LOVED it! He ate all of his kid portion and most of mine.

“Had Better, But Ok In A Hurry”
Reviewed 19 June 2011

By far the pulled pork sandwich is best BUT, I ordered a sandwich to go and the bun was ice cold. It made the pulled pork cold, cold BBQ pork BLAH! if I hadn't been so hungry and it was take away, I would have returned and ask for a warmed bun and warm meat. They have several sauces from very sweet to very spicy, your choice. There are many BBQ joints in Hot Springs and most (In my opinion) have a better product by far, but as I have always said it up to the individual and what you like in que. They do serve beer and I think wine. Service is pretty good, but I had rather set down and order than stand in line. If I want something else or forgot something I have to get in line and wait to order while my food gets cold.

“Great ribs and a clean place”
Reviewed 28 May 2011

I had a half rack ribs with potatoe salad. Both were excellent. I am from memphis and eat at Central often. I thought I would be dissapointed, but it was great. Wife had pulled pork and really liked hers too. Would recommend this place.
