The place is nice , but the owner is such a RUDE person , he should hire somebody with people skills . He came to our room at 3:00 pm complaining about our dog barking ( really at 3:00 pm in a "pet friendly hotel")
He asked and a very rude aggressive maner to do something about it !!
Great way to ruined our trip..
So disappointed !! But since he is the owner I can't get my money back ...

We had a family celebration so we had three cabins in a row. The connected patio area outside was wonderful, we were able to walk between our rooms freely. The lake was right in front of us so my young grandsons were able to fish and play right infront of us. Great fun relaxing and watching the boats go by. The kitchen was a great convenience, beds confortable but like others said the vanity area of the bathroom was cramped. I consider that a minor inconvenience for all the great benefits the location has to offer. The location was very quiet but just minutes away from many restaurants, the mall, casino, and most anything a person would like to do. Can't wait to go back in the fall.

Great location right off Lake Hamilton with a beautiful view! Definitely a nice place to stay for what you pay; about the same price or lower than other hotels in the area that aren't even on the lake. Friendly hotel staff and manager. They are also pet friendly. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings with a nice peaceful view of the lake from my balcony/patio and watching the boats go by. I would stay there again if I went back to Hot Springs.

The motel is small and quaint with a great location right on the water. Amenities include a fishing/swimming dock, a boat dock for about 6 boats, and a covered pavilion for cookouts and just hanging out and enjoying the view. The only problems are that the bathrooms are cramped, just as another reviewer pointed out, and the tv in our room was tiny and very old. With te air-conditioner running it could barely be heard. Other than these two issues, everything was good. A good value for your money.

Wonderful view and easy access to fish, sunbathe, feed the geese and ducks, picnic, watch or ride the pontoons or boats. Great place, would come again. Very family oriented, and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of sunrises and sunsets

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to entrance, easier to back out of.

We stayed here for a weekend in June. Stay was perfect. The resort was right near the water. It has a boating dock, swimming area, picnic shelter. Room was nice, has a kitchenette. Bathroom is a bit small, but was not a problem. Close to everything you need. All the restaurants are nearby. Staff were really nice. Would love to go back again.
