The heater may catch fire any time and is burning so much it set off the smoke alarm in the room upon starting it. Hair on the vanity upon arrival and made them re-clean, didn't see hair halfway in the bed sheets until late at night going to bed when pulled the covers back. Strings hanging all over the spread and probably never cleaned in years. Gross debris all over an overstuffed easy chair. Acutely stained tub I would never use. This is the second strike in Wyndham properties for us (the other was a Travel Lodge), they seem to have awful products and have lost us for good as patrons.
We stayed here because it was Labor Day Weekend and it was a last minute trip. This place was incredibly smelly....like stale smoke. We stayed on the second floor and the people above us were soooooooo loud. The walls are thin, breakfast was dismal and just ugggh, uncomfortable beds and the pool is teeny tiny. I would never stay here again, not even in a pinch. I would drive to Hot Springs daily from Malvern or Arkadelphia.
