This was only our second time to stay in a B&B, but Rebecca and David spoiled us so that I can't imagine ever staying in a hotel or anywhere else but here when visiting Hot Springs. The Wildwood is absolutely beautiful and very interesting, but not in a cold-museum sort of way. It was so warm and cozy both in our room and in the common areas that I felt like I was at home, only better.
I highly recommend the Blue Parlor room. While it is smaller than the others and has a shower stall instead of a bathtub, it was so intimate and beautifully furnished. The private porch with a porch swing was most enjoyable for reading and relaxing while watching the squirrels frolic in the front yard.
Rebecca's breakfasts were to die for, and the hospitality of Rebecca, David and Sasha made our weekend relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. They don't hover over you, but yet always seem to be nearby when you need something. Their recommendations, both for dining and sightseeing, were right on.
After reading all the other glowing recommendations of Wildwood on this site before visiting, I was afraid I would be let down, but I certainly was not. I absolutely loved staying there, and I highly recommend it to any couple looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.More
