I have stayed at this location several times. I have always had a great experience. The facility is spotless and the staff is friendly. The building is located in a great spot and is close to shopping, restaurants, and racing.

We booked the Hampton Inn for a two night stay. Upon arriving we were greeted with friendly faces and nice décor. The room was a typical hotel room of course. However, we did have amenities such as a microwave and a mini fridge which are always nice to have.

There were a few hiccups during our stay but management was prompt in doing what they could to correct the situation. For example: The T.V. uses satellite and the first night would not pick up a signal. WE called the desk and in no time the manager was at our door and he tried his best to get it to work. He said they had just changed it out and he was afraid the technician must not be through programming it yet. He promptly offered to open the empty adjoining room and let us use that room as well for the night so that we did not have to move our things. He promised to have it fixed the next morning first thing. He was also very apologetic and friendly the whole time. We were very pleased.
The next morning we went down and had their complimentary breakfast. It was wonderful! That morning they had bacon, sausage, and eggs. There are several kinds of juice; a variety of cereals and milk; make your own waffle machines and breakfast pastries. We did not leave the hotel hungry that is for sure. The breakfast area is also located in a very cozy breakfast nook area with tables, booths and chairs set up for comfort while dining.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There were several stores and restaurants within viewing distance outside our window. We were also not too far from Bathhouse Row. All in all my husband and I agreed we would definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever in Hot Spring again. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision.

Room Tip: A few tips for travelers: The pillows at the Inn are very soft (even the firm ones are very soft). So if you are like me and prefer real firm pillows to have a good nights sleep you may want to bring your own. Also, since the television programming is satellite when the weather is stormy or really cloudy you tend to lose signal. Anyone who has ever had satellite knows what I am talking about.

People were helpful and polite. The morning hot breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean with fast WiFi service. The front desk has maps of the most popular locations and hot cookies in the afternoon.

This hotel is conveniently located between Central Avenue and Higdon Ferry Road, near the major highways, Sam's Club, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Staff is attentive, ready to listen and do anything reasonable to accommodate one's stay.

Great coffee is available in the lobby, sack lunches can be picked up at the front desk and rooms have the comforts that you would hope for.

I've stayed here a few times and I still have nothing negative at all that I can say about this hotel.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the U.S. and this property was the best managed one we have seen to date. The facility was well taken care of and the staff very well trained. This is a franchised property and the owner obviously knows how to run a hotel and train the staff. Well done.
