My daughter got married here in Jan and it was still beautiful. But it is best to visit in the summer. See beautiful flowers, plants and gardens. If you have a stressful week, this place will relax you and let you enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to visit on a Sun. especially during a Holiday. It's a very well run place and the beauty of the Plants and Flowers is stunning. If in Madison, go---go treat the women in your life to a rare, beautiful and soothing place. We all need more soothing plants and flowers in our lives.

The inside self guided tour is only $2, easy on the wallet for big families. Although, it’s not a huge indoor space, there’s lots to see and has many beautiful things to look at. Not to mention, the kids love the birds and butterflies that fly around inside. When you’re done seeing the sights on the inside, you can head outside to tour the gardens, ponds, wildlife and buildings. The outside walks are free but feel more like something you should have paid for, as it is beautiful. Lots the kids can look at and explore, offering a couple hours of FREE entertainment.
