I went on vacation with my two children for nine days. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel is clean and absolutely beautiful. The room was great. The pool was a huge plus and well enjoyed by my two year old. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Nicely done and convenient. I liked the security measures they have in place as it made me feel secure. The location is very convenient. Close to all the major attractions, you don't need to walk far for anything. I would stay here again without hesitation. Recommend to families with small children.

Stayed here over the fourth of July weekend. Location is right near all the action. They offer a small complimentary breakfast and two free drinks in the bar. Room is new, modern and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next trip to N.O.

love this hotel. right smack dab in the middle of the french quarter, just steps away from bourbon st. heard it was newly renovated, so it is really modern, but also has a lot of it's old character. staff is super friendly. a staff member named ivie even gave us complimentary champagne and strawberries! my only concern was that the rooms are smaller than most hotels, especially the shower. but overall my stay was great. i would love to come here another time that's not during essence festival.

Room Tip: try to get a room with courtyard views or a balcony. less noise from bourbon st and nice sunlight.

Great hotel in a great location. The only negative is that they only offer valet parking which costs $34 per night. This should be considered when comparing the cost to other hotels. They served a full complimentary breakfast every morning which was convenient and added value. We would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We requested a room facing the courtyard away from the elevator and it was fairly quiet except for t...

Stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning of July. The entire hotel looks like they wanted a modern vibe with some old fashioned style fused together, and I think it works pretty well.
You needed to use your room key to access the elevator to go to the upper levels. It's kind of annoying, but the extra touch of security down in the French Quarter is highly appreciated.
We had to park in the underground lot across the street. It has labeling for the hotel above it, but I guess the Le Marais uses the same lot as well. A little confusing at first, but not an issue.
The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was made nicely. The bathroom area in our room was rather small and short. At 6'4" I could just barely walk through the doorway. I think the entire area is lowered due to the pipes running through the ceiling. Bathroom was clean, but the shower felt a little cramped.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a good room in the French Quarter, just a few dozen feet away from the Bourbon/Conti intersection.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on higher floors; rooms with views of the street.

Highly recommend staying here! I stayed 2 nights and 3 days with my husband and daughter Hotel is clean and modern. The pool area is beautiful and cozy. Just a little small but not crowded. You get a free hot breakfast where you can either dine inside or by the pool. Bar area has a happy hour every day. Staff are all friendly and are willing to help you in the right direction on dining, clubbing or site seeing and even arranging them for you. Location is ideal and is just a block away from Bourbon Street. You can walk to mostly anywhere from here. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time we are in New Orleans.

Room Tip: Any room or area would be great. I chose French Quarters view but next time I would do pool view.
