Grab your camera (any kind) with a mini-macro lens, good walking shoes, a bottle of water, and join professional photographer, Natasha, for a learning journey into the French Quarter. Natasha was both friendly and professional to our small group of 5 people. With her lead, we soon were laughing, joking, and working together like old friends. From novices to experts, Natasha guided all of us on tips for using our cameras better and capturing those perfect shots of numerous places in the French Quarter. She highlighted architectural details and explained how best to capture them in our photographs. She took us to iron doors with hidden gardens behind them, offering advice on how to frame the unique picture. We went into a bright courtyard with a flowing fountain to learn to work with different light settings and shutter speeds. We snapped all kinds of pictures along the streets--flowers, buildings, sculptures-- in the French Quarter. My friend and I learned a lot of great tips on using our cameras and capturing great shots, which will help us on our next photography adventure.
