A national hotel chain in a classic/historical neighbourhood? I thought it wasn't possible, but this was proven to be a good choice. Perfectly situation between the 'wilder' side of Bourbon Street and the beginning of its 'fancier' block. We asked for a room facing courtyard, and that was a good choice, too. We felt safe as the hotel asked for everyone to show their room keys when entering the hotel at night Great bed, clean bathroom. Will be back!

Great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Smooth check-in and nice room. My son picked this place and he did well! We had a nice, private balcony overlooking the side street...less expensive and quieter than a Bourbon Street room. Easy walk to restaurants...would stay there again!

Room Tip: We had a side street (Toulouse) balcony room...was happy with the choice. Quieter than Bourbon Street rooms and much less expensive.

Located in the heart of the action on infamous Bourbon Street. If you like to party, want to throw beads and dance get a room facing Bourbon St you'll enjoy it. Pool located in the courtyard (nothing special pretty average)plenty of smokers. The room wasn't ready when I arrived but it wasn't a big deal just headed to Daisy Duke's for a bite to eat they'll call you when the room is ready. I stayed in a double room beds were comfy, bathroom on the small side loved the french door though. Wasn't a fan of the whole shared balcony anyone walking by your room(I'd just like a tab bit of separation)but hey wasn't that bad I would stay again.

Our room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Upon check-in, we discovered only one towel in the bathroom but the front desk sent more up. We went out the the pool (courtyard) but couldn't bear to be there long because of all the smokers. It would have been nice to have smoking/non-smoking areas.
We were unable to sleep as our room (Jr. suite) was next to the stairwell and that door slammed ALL night long! At 8:00 AM, house keeping was out in the hall, knocking on doors and yelling "housekeeping"... ughhh

Room Tip: Do NOT stay in room 336. Too noisy from stairwell traffic.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton at the end of our holiday to the USA. We were there for the last 6days of our holiday. The hotel was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and lovely comfortable bed,but quite high. Was scared of rolling of in the night!! Great location, but wouldn't recommend taking children to Bourbon street. Great atmosphere, but some sights were unbelievable!!!

Room Tip: Would not recommended a room at the front of hotel if you want peace. Very noisey from Bourbon street. We had a room overlooking a side street and were fine
