I have stayed here several times over the years and continue to have great experiences.
All of the hotel staff is very friendly (front desk, cleaning ladies, breakfast area).
Check-in is very quick.
I like the new door keys that don't have the magnetic stripe; just wave the credit card key and you're in. No more having to worry about your cell phone demagnetizing the key.
There were a lot of people in the hotel, but the elevator waits were short (if there even was a wait).
The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels.
Breakfast is plentiful - oatmeal, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, biscuits or french toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, breads, pastries. Something for everyone.
Happy hour is also nice. 3 alcoholic beverages, chicken tenders, hot dogs, baked potatoes, chips, carrot and celery sticks.
Popcorn and soft drinks available for quite a few hours in the afternoon/evening.
I must confess that I was reluctant to stay this time because of the valet parking (I've had bad experiences in the past at other locations). However, the valets did a great job. $25 is the same price if you self-park at the lot a couple of blocks away, but you do not get in-out privileges with self-park.
Will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of it's location, value and dog friendliness. This is a historic building just a few blocks from the river and French Quarter. It doesn't have either a bar or restaurant which may partially explain it's competitive pricing but it wasn't an issue due to it's proximity to unlimited options. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and charming. The only negative was a blanket with holes in need of replacement. The common areas were clean and welcoming and the free breakfast was among the best I've experienced.Even the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it if you're not willing to spring for the $300 @ the Hyatt etc.

I love this hotel chain. Unique but always lovely in their decorations and color selections.you never want to leave the room a it is so comfortably appointed. The staff is professional and friendly. They think of everything even an evening kick back time. I love the roof top pool and hot tub! Pamper yourself!

Went here when we were lacking electricity after Issac. Complimentary breakfast & dinner buffet was awesome. Rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large windows. Beds were extra soft & the water in the shower came out faster than my own shower at home :D. Staff was great. Loved it.

First we went to a holiday in that was horrible.
Luckily we ended up staying at the Drury. Staff was excellent 24hrs. Room was great and they accept dogs! We though that would be a problem, but it wasnt. The staff was very kind to us.

The free buffett was pretty good too. Also their open bar was ok. They gave you free drink stubs at time of check in so that made it better.
Definitely will come back there if Im visiting NOLA again.

My room seemed like a regular king room with the usual amnenities but the over size ceiling height was so enjoyable.

We spent 3 nights at the Drury Inn and were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room were large and clean. Although we didn't ake advantage of the happy hour we did enjoy breakfast each morning. The location was good. It was several blocks from Bourbon street but it was a nice walk and we weere gald we were away from that area. We would stay there again.
