An excellent photo backdrop and a good place to meet with friends due to the ease in finding the landmark church.

Attending the Jazz Mass at 10 am on Sunday--the Feast of Corpus Christi--a few days after the NOLA pride parade was the best part of our visit to New Orleans. An extraordinarily powerful, moving and welcoming congregation. Fr. Quentin Moody is being transferred in July to another parish--but hopefully Carol LeBlanc and the other members of the Jazz choir will keep doing what they do so well: raise their voices in powerful prayer through song. The church still shows damage from Katrina--no charge for entrance but donations will likely be very welcome in this poor parish.

We went here to view the church but they charge you for a tour so we walked around the gift shop and I bought a few things for our home. Very nice people. I believe they only have 1 mass here at 5pm on Sundays.

The church is very nice from top to bottom it is a great Roman Catholic Church! I love this church because of what it stands for- a house of worship! You don't need to be catholic to enter just look around and see what a magnificent church this is!

Although I didn't went in, from outside it looked majestic and very impressive. There was a wedding when i was there and the bride and groom were having a photo shoot outside the church. It was wonderful.
