Only locals who don't know any better eat here. It's hot, filthy, crowded. The buns are undersized and tasteless like you get from the dollar store and the cheese is from a pack of generic individually wrapped cheese substitute. You know the kind. The shrimp on my sandwich and the onion rings on my tray (there are no plates not even paper ones) were the frozen pre-breaded kind. This is not my opinion. This is a list of facts. But please, don't go see for yourself.

Great burgers, fries and hot dogs. Not your typical fast food, but fast food service with a great atmosphere.

Great burger dive tucked in a "v" in the road just west of the Botanical Gardens and Museum and right by 3 large "Cities of the Dead". Parking is by pure luck. Old, crowded, not at all fancy, lots of locals, families, old-timers. Not many tables inside, only a few outside; we were thankful it was cool enough to eat al fresco. Found this spot simply because we wanted to eat cheap and local before going to the gardens. DO try it if in the area...good ol' burgers, smoked sausage, fries, onions rings...AND IT'S OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY to meet all your post-partying munchy needs...

Hickory sauce was the bomb!!! Very good!! BUT....Don't know that I'd eat there again. Waited over 25 min for food and it was cold. Sweet tea was warm and don't ask staff for anything or you will get an attitude from them. all that with a hangover.
