I was a little hesitant with some of the negative reviews but we really liked it. Prices were reasonable, our server was friendly and attentive. Decor was nice, place seemed clean. We ordered one pancake it was huge, the breakfast sandwich and a breakfast plate. We liked everything, no complaints. I'd eat here again.

This diner was near our restaurant so we ate there a couple of times. The main dish Jumbalaya was fabulous--as a side dish it seemed to be a different recipe. Also, the Cajun burger was the best burger I've probably ever had and the hand-dipped onion rings were a delicious side. Mmmmm.

This restaurant is part of the Wyndam Hotel -- great location for the French Quarter. Since we were there anyway we had one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner. The regular meals were very ordinary with mediocre service but the breakfast -- Order the Big Country Breakfast...$13.00. Eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, biscuit, potatoes and three thick super-sized pancakes, each one the size of a pizza. I warn you - Do NOT order this breakfast unless you have two or three friends with you to share it. We ordered it for three people and we had some left over.

The place was dirty, the food was HORRIBLE and the service was mediocre. We ordered soup and the waitress actually had to come out and tell us that we had to order something else because the soup was ROTTEN !!! OMG, I was mortified since we were treating another couple to dinner and this place was on the food network, which i will NO longer follow their advice on locations. Out of all of our dining experiences in New Orleans, this was by FAR the WORST !!! STAY away if you're smart and want a value to your dollar.
