Location was very convenient, literally 1 block from Canal st. And bourbon. Many close resturant locations near and everything is in walking distance. The apartment itself was very cozy building is well maintained. Shower is a little different with there only being half the glass but was not a major deal for my wife and I. Highly recommend this location coming from a first time visitor
My fiancé and I stayed here the week before Mardi Gras 2017, and it was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, plenty big and had the most fun bay windows overlooking the city. We could plainly see Bourbon St partying all night out our window! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking (although NOLA has plenty of delicious places to eat.) All of the front desk attendants were very kind and helpful. The pool was heated, which was a nice detail in February. Parking was a valet garage across the street that was around $40 a night. IF I had to complain about anything it's that the pillows were not the softest.. so maybe bring your own pillow that you're used to. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and added ease to our visit to this beautiful city!
Perfect location!! It's only a couple blocks from bourbon but it is on a quiet street, so it's easy to sleep at night. The sauna/steam room/pool/gym was extremely nice to have as well!! The decor is modern and the kitchen was beautiful and very clean. But this place really only accommodates two people, the second bed is a pull out but you can literally feel every single spring stabbing you, I read one review that said this and didn't think much of it because I can sleep on almost anything, but no it was horrible to say the least. Thankfully they had a nice blow up bed in the closet that I slept on. But who wants to sleep on a blow up bed when your on vacation:(. The place was pretty clean (there were wads of hair in the closet, kinda gross) but other than that it was nice. I would definitely stay again if there were only two people. :)
Wonderful way to feel like a local in New Orleans. Perfect location and great amenities. Walking distance to major attractions, French Quarter, street car runs in front of property and great shopping and casino!

I would defintely stay there again. Beautiful apartment and very clean. The location was right near the French Quarters which made walking very convenient. If you don't like a lot of noise make sure you get a room on the interior of the building.
Everything was great, the only thing I did not like was the parking situation . You have to pay $20 a day to park in a garage since there isn't any parking lot. Or you can drive around and find metered parking on the street. But that's with most hotels downtown and in the French quarters. But everything else was lovely. We didn't want or need for anything. The room provided everything including washing and dryer, air mattress, extra sheets and towels, ironing board, more than enough seating space for when all my family meet before we went on our adventures. The atmosphere was peaceful, it felt much like home away from home. I love the self check in because it was quick. Not alot of traffic in and out or throughout the building. The location was so perfect I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else.
The walk to Bourbon Street was safe and close enough for convenience. The room was very clean and fit us comfortably.
