We stayed at the Hyatt French Quarter during our trip to New Orleans last week. Perfect location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The cafe they have, Brown Sugar, is excellent! They have so many wonderful food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Dave, was awesome! The tours he recommended and booked for us was amazing! When we come back next April, we will be staying here again. Thanks everyone and look forward to seeing y'all next year.

This hotel is not good at all. It is way to expensive and you have to pay for everything. It is a total ripoff! We traveled the USA for 6 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed. Here is why:

No free Internet. $10 a day or $15 for fast wifi. Parking $42. Although the public parking 10 feet away is $20.
A little plastic bottle of aquafina is $4.
And the bathtub was really dirty!

Stayed here the first week in May for a conference. The Hyatt FQ is a beautiful, clean, modern hotel.our room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Located on. Bourbon and Canal and close to gift shops, attractions and the trolley for getting around the city.

Room Tip: Get a room on the inside courtroom. Aside from pool music during the day, it's nice and quiet.

Just got home from a wonderful 8 days in The Big Easy staying at the Hyatt, French Quarter. What can i say the location is bang in the middle of the French Quarter. The staff are amazing & friendly and will be happy to help in anyway they can. It was our first time to NOLA and we will return. When we do our hotel we again be the Hyatt, ask Phil (behind the bar) for one of their famous cocktails.
Look forward to seeing you all again.

Room Tip: Try and get the courtyard room where the pool is.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a week- the location is perfect, room service food is quite delicious and the staff is second to none. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. You wont hear the French Quarter noise at all but if you care to partake you just step out the door!

My first visit to New Orleans I stayed at the Hyatt in the French Quarter. The hotel was very clean and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The concierge, Vincent, helped us with the sites, tours, and restaurants that we would enjoy. His input was priceless. The location was within walking distance of almost everything that we wanted to see.

Couldn't ask for a better hotel in New Orleans. Its clean and has a really nice quiet lounge, if your looking for a change from Bourbon street. The location is perfect, one exit is literally steps from the middle of Bourbon street and the other exit is right on Canal street (I'm pretty sure that's the name, that was our first time there). Which has a ton of little shops and restaurants. It also has good security, can't get in without a key. Would definitely stay there again when we go back, its a really fun city. Just a note...if you like it quiet at night, stay far from bourbon street...duh
