We visited NOLA for our 10th anniversary. Our room was upgraded when we got there. It was beautiful! Loved the rooftop pool. The nightly peanut butter and jelly bar was fantastic! Lots and lots of walking visiting New Orleans, but lots of awesome things to do and see.

I loved my stay. The staff overall was very helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels. We received an e-mail for special requests and these were honored at check in. The service and quality was A+.

We were a large group staying at the Hotel for an International Convention at the Superdome. Despite a full house, the staff was completely accommodating in every way and always with friendly smiles and a can-do attitude. The Hotel is the epitome of elegance and professionalism. We stayed 3 nights and each evening the Concierge recommended a restaurant to suit our taste. At each one the food was delicious and service extraordinary, adding to an overall lovely weekend!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case I wanted to. My husband and I felt as though our business was genuinely appreciated - so rare even in the Hospitality industry, where one's patronage is often met with indifference if not annoyance. We would highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 7th floor, we heard no one next to, or above us. It was very quiet even though I kn...

We were in town for a convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and we had the best experience! The hotel is just beautiful. The rooftop pool and lounging area is so relaxing and it was so novel to be up there at night and look over the city and see the moon also. The staff was so friendly and accommodating; even passing out cute little plastic ponchos for rain protection. The valet service was great and overall pretty fast... We did put them through their paces, I'm sure. There were quite a few of us! The 10pm nightly sandwiches and hot chocolate was also a treat, even though I was usually not hungry, my husband can always be counted on to try out a snack! The hot chocolate in particular was very tasty! Just a wonderful, wonderful stay! Y'all should definitely stay here!!!

Room Tip: I stayed on the second floor and my room was right near the stairwell. That helped when the hotel is...

My wife and I booked a last minute weekend to New Orleans less than 24 hours from when we were scheduled to arrive. I phoned the hotel concierge and had a spoke with Jacques. After a brief conversation he had reservations made for each of the attractions we wanted to see. Throughout our tip his recommendations for dining were spot on.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous and professional. Everyone we interacted with made us feel very welcome. Further, the location of the hotel is conveniently just outside the French Quarter and in walking distance to every attraction we wanted to see (or walking distance to any pick up locations used by excursion companies).

This is definitely a place we would return to the next time we visit NOLA.

The hotel is so ornate and gorgeous, we loved it. Of course, the friendliness of the staff is key, and they were nice. Especially the turn down service at night. That woman was so kind and charming. We ate a great dinner in the hotel. We loved the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and yummy hot chocolate at 10pm every night. I didn't think that would be a big thing, but we loved it. We especially liked using the rooftop pool and hot tub. The weather was beautiful part of the time and the water warm enough, so we really enjoyed that and just sitting up there in the sun. The only problem was the elevator only goes to the floor below it and you have to take the stairs the rest of the way. The older we get, the more difficult that will be. They had a staff elevator they said we could use, but it never came. It was a walk to the French Quarter, especially with some streets closed. And it rained off and on. We walked and sometimes took a cab. We were glad it was so nice and quiet in our hotel at night. We did hear some hall noise from by the elevator, but I carry a white noisemaker so we were ok. I would definitely stay there again. It is romantic. And I searched and got good rates. We went into the French Quarter for breakfast. Breakfast was not included. The charm was inescapable.

Room Tip: I don't know what would be a bad room. We loved ours.

We just got back from our four night trip to New Orleans for the International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. Our stay was amazing. Everyone was really helpful. At one point the bellman rolled the cart over my dress and got grease on it but they quickly remedied it and it was as good as new. Everyone was so very helpful. Its nice to go to a place that can accommodate dinner reservations, making copies, sending out fedex and ups, dry cleaning and on and on. So many places claim to be full service yet are not. This place was beautiful, our room was very large and everything was very clean. Thanks again for everything!
