Stayed here in April and again in July on a visit to the Big Easy. Hotel staff (Meetali & Meenakshi) at the front desk are awesome. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel bar is called The Carousel Bar is very upscale, but they do allow casual attire...hey it's New Orleans! The rooms are very nice but on the small side. When booking a room be sure to book a "preferred" type room for view and larger size. If you are a cheap skate this is not your hotel. The roof top pool is small but nice and has a bar.
