“Very good food-neat neighborhood”
Reviewed 16 February 2014 via mobile

The good was very good and reasonably priced. Took about 35 minutes to get lunch on a Saturday and they were not busy. Parking was difficult to find but after eating we strolled around the shops and neighborhood. Would definitely eat here again.

“A MUST”
Reviewed 1 January 2014

I don't know where to start with the positive comments I have for this restaurant and its staff!

Only one recommendation : when in town - go and have dinner there! You won't be disappointed. The staff is giving their all to accommodate your wishes and the food is absolutely fabulous, (combination south american/creole cuisine) - very decently priced and yummy Mojitos !

“Best food in New Orleans”
Reviewed 26 November 2013

We were in a group of four which consisted of a vegetarian, a meat/carb eater who detests vegetables, and two who eat meat and vegetables but few carbs. All four of us found a wide selection of suitable choices on the extensive menu. In fact there were so many mouth watering choices we ended up ordering much more than we needed. We were all very impressed with our meals, and all thought it was the best food we had in New Orleans. In fact it was one of the most enjoyable meals we have had anywhere. It was also excellent value for money.

“Off the Beaten NOLA Experience”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

Want something off the beaten path in New Orleans? Go find this bohemian place on Magazine Street in the Garden District! Probably the best guacamole and chips ever! We had a special the night we went. It was a whole red fish that was marinated and baked in banana leaves. What an explosion of flavor for the palette. A very casual neighborhood place with absolutely knock 'em dead cuisine. Service was spot on! Ask for Michael. Drinks were terrific too.

“Wow. Hidden Gem”
Reviewed 30 September 2013

Went here based on a recommendation from a friend. A little off the beaten path but well worth finding it. Excellent service, excellent drinks and the food is a little different from the traditional New Orleans cuisine. Highly recommend and we'll be back.
