“Great Place to Stay!”
Reviewed 17 October 2013

My wife and I stayed at the Casita for about 11 days. What an awesome experience!! Ted is a fantastic host, as well as everyone that works with him. We are looking to move to that area, and everyone took us under their wing and showed us properties, places to go, who to talk to... just the whole package! There were some problems that came up, but the crew just worked through them and made us even more grateful for staying there. We went in the slow season, so not everything is open, but we found great places to eat, and hiking, as well as going out to Isla Iguana (which is really awesome). We felt like family from the first day, a great big thanks to all of you guys, we'll see you in February!

Room Tip: Room #2 is on the ground floor but in the back, nice and quiet.

The overall experience of great accommodations, willingness and desire to provide answers or directions resolving any issues of a traveler is only exceeded by their friendliness. Service is excellent driven by a true desire to make your experience as happy and joyous as possible. I am going back with the entire family. Most things you need to enjoy the beaches, suggestions of local eateries (without prejudice), and their knowledge of surrounding areas is invaluable.

Room Tip: First floor is centrally located, but subject to noise from the second floor subject to the clientel...

My wife, daughter and I accidentally stumbled across this quaint B&B on a recent visit to Pedasi. We arrived in town with no reservations made. Checked a few other hotels before we found this one and we were very happy once we found it. The owners, Ted and Lisa, as well as the entire staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to our every need. We really felt at home and very relaxed. We were only planning on staying one night, but ended staying for 3. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. More importantly, we got a good nights rest every night because of the quietness, comfortable beds, pillows and high thread count sheets. The day always started out good due to the tasty breakfast served outside, cafe style.
Also, the location couldn't be better. You can walk everywhere in town from here. The beautiful beaches are just a few minutes bike ride away. They have high quality beach cruisers, snorkeling equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs for rent....for cheap. I highly recommend Casita Margarita if you are traveling to Pedasi. It is a unique, soulful place to stay. We'll be back soon!

Sincerely,
Jim Bubaloni

This B&B had it all - great accommodations, good food, wonderful service. Our room was plenty spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the covered porches, hammocks and dining areas, too. The highlight of our stay was seeing whales, dolphins, turtles, tropical fish & snorkeling. The Casita had everything we needed for our excursion - masks, snorkels, towels, chairs & umbrella - and even packed a cooler with lunch & beverages. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. Ted, the owner, went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Pedasi.

We spotted Casita Margarita while searching Pedasi for a place to stay. We planned on staying only one night, but enjoyed it so much, that we ended up staying for two. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They truly go out of their way to ensure your stay is fantastic. Contrary to a recent review, our room was clean and fresh (not musty at all) and the showers have great hot water and pressure! The upstairs has an awesome common seating area and balcony complete with hammocks. We would highly recommend!

It's all the little things that make Casita Margarita so special. They made everything so easy - a one stop hotel where I could plan my entire stay - book excursions, rent a bike, even surfing lessons! In fact they will even pack a lunch and send you off with a beach chair and towel for day trips. Special thanks to Jose, Guadalupe, Ted and Lisa for making our trip so special - see you all next year!

Great place.
I'm going back. In no small measure, this is due to the impression this B&B made on me. Furthermore, if they can't help you find what you want, they know somebody who can. Many good places to eat nearby.
