stayed for 4 nights with riviera tours(austria lakes and mountains) found hotel room really comfortable, great walk in shower!, very quiet apart from the cow bells and cuckoo! (we were at the back of the hotel) meal times were a bit chaotic, breakfast wasnt too bad cos it was self service with a pretty good choice of food. dinner was a different matter, our first night was a buffet which i think worked out better than the other nights cos after that you had to choose at breakfast what you wanted that night. so you would have thought with them knowing what each table wanted would have made it easier. service was pretty slow,if you were sat in the middle of the room you had a really long wait cos they served round the outside of the room first regardless of who had finished their starters first. can't blame the staff they were trying there best, there wasn't any organisation from higher up which was a shame cos the hotel was lovely and in a great location.

Stayed for 4 nights - room at the back of the hotel with balcony - nice view of mountains. Clean and spacious. Found it a little strange that there was no washbasin in the toilet although shower room (no bath) was good size. Food was OK although nothing special - waiters and waitresses were friendly although they appeared to lack training and supervision - new recruits possibly? Bar staff much more capable. 15 minute walk to town centre and bus stop.Swimming pool quite small but fine if you pick your moment. Easy parking.

Not bad hotel but been 5 times to Austria now and this is the worst 4-star hotel we've been to now. Breakfast is rather small in variety. Every day the same: scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausages & bacon, same fruit, no fresh fruit juice, not a lot choice of buns. The daily cherry tomatoes had some rotten ones in the same bowl. In Nauders and Sölden the breakfast was better (more fresh fruit, more muesli's, dried fruits, drinks, choice of by demand baked eggs with choice of extra's like cheese, tomatoes, ... The dinner was nice but here also in Nauders and Sölden dinner was better, more gastronomical. Here small salad bar and every day the same. The rooms were nice in interior & dimension, but cleanliness must be better. We've had some leftovers at the side of the toilet pot (vomit or ???, I don't know) and the whole week it stayed there, they don't look lower than the toilet seat apparently. We found an empty basket in the bathroom with only a tissue. It looked like something supposed to be in this basket but we will never know what (maybe bodylotion, shampoo, ???) Every night lots of silverfish crawled on the bathroom floor & also on the carpet of the bedroom. That's not hygienic. Every night we had to make the jigsaw to close the curtains. There was a number of & and short curtains to close, 3 sorts of different fabric even & in the morning it was still very clear??? Just hang one long, heavy & dark curtain please. Free parking was good just next to the hotel. Elevator is a bit far from the hotel entrance to go upstairs or downstairs with suitcases. By checkout the bill was not correct, the charged an extra 12,30 euros for drinks we never ordered. They gave us that money back when we brought it up but. Do check Your bill before paying. If You order drinks they put it on Your room & You have to sign for it afterwards. This bill was on our roomnumber but the signature was not ours, luckily. So somebody else ordered on our room!!! Won't go back, that's for sure.

I was here in january with my husband and 2 daughters. We had a very nice stay in a room with 2 big begs, a large balcony and bathroom.
All the accomodation was very clean yet the water from the pool could have been warmer.
The food in the breakfast time was preety much the same in every morning, but if I wanted a 10 minute boiled egg in stead of the eggs they were offering, the stuff was more than happy to help us.
All in all was a good vacation.

As we were just about last on the ski bus we were always gauranteed a seat into the village. The bus stop was just opposite the hotel so no long walks with our skiis. We had a room on the top floor which was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was no bath but a lovely big shower and separate WC. There was no draw space especially next to the bed so no where to put books/glasses etc. The pool and spa area was lovely. Every evening there was a choice of 3 main meals - one meat dish, one fish dish and one vegetarian. It was a 5 course meal - not big courses but adequate. Although the lounge is big with a lovely fire, there are not many easy chairs to relax in after a meal. We were a bit put out when one evening we were moved out of our seats as three people had reserved them. As there were only 18 people in the hotel when we were there we didn't see the point of reserving places. Although it was advertised as having a free afternoon snack we were not told that we would have to pay for a coffee to go with it.

Room Tip: Chose a junior suite on the top floor - a little more money but spacious and quiet

The food is so poor and not tasty at all. To much boiled beef or some strange fish with no taste at all... And the fruits we could find was oranges and apples. For me was harder because i brought my 1 year old baby and i wanted good meals, especially for him.
The rooms are clean and warm. The stuff is nice.

Just returned home after a wonderful stay in this beautiful part of Austria. The hotel was perfect, with a good sized balcony for watching the sun going down over the beautiful mountain scenery. The pool and spa area were fantastic and always very clean and also very quiet. The food at breakfast and in the evening were very good and all of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Each day we took a packed lunch with us as we trekked in the stunning local area and we couldn't believe how good the (free) summer card would prove to be. It gave us access to so many attractions and unlimited use of the cable cars. What a bonus! We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon!
