Dorfstadl came highly recommended but we were disappointed. Dinner was excruciatingly slow - our appetisers of just soup took more than 30 minutes to arrive - and the food was not as good as the prices and former Michelin star would suggest. Lamb was overlooked and flavourless. Mixed grill (house specialty) was fine but nothing special. The 'hot stone' meals seemed like more of a gimmick than a tasty or good way to cook food. Beware the tables in the bar area - after 9pm it is a smoking section and we ended up with two cigars smokers blowing smoke into our dessert.
