We really enjoyed this snorkel and dolphin adventure. They serve a nice breakfast of fruit and breads, coffee and water with a full bar. We had a 45 minute drive to our snorkeling location and we were the only boat there, which was great! The staff was the friendliest I've seen in a while. They all made it a point to check on each guest and were all smiling and helpful with any issues.

The slide and diving point off the catamaran was a hit with a lot of guests as well. They also had looking boards if you couldn't wear a snorkel mask which my MIL tried and loved. They were well equipped with whatever you wanted to do or use, they even had paddle boarding which I haven't seen before on a snorkel trip.

They also offered scuba diving for an upgrade fee of about $98 which my hubby did and loved it. You don't have to be certified to do this. They take you down for about an hour and he absolutely loved it. I was able to see him under us and take pictures with our underwater camera.

Lunch was good -- burgers, chips, potato salad, veggies, and fruit.

I'm glad we chose this company to go through!

Aloha CaPaMa24,

Thank you for your business. We think the exclusivity of our snorkel sites is second only to the amazing ocean life our guests see at them.

The view boards are a great feature of this cruise as well. Anyone who is uncomfortable with snorkel equipment can still see all there is to see through their panels.

We are happy to hear your husband's SCUBA experience was rewarding. The add-on feature is typically only 30-45 minutes long, so it sounds like the instructor on-board was able to give you more time for your money!

We're glad you chose us as well!

Kind Regards,

Chris Grossi @ Body Glove Cruises

We took a group of 9, ranging in age from 2 to 76yrs. Everyone had a wonderful time. Food was good and the historian was excellent. Dana was very helpful when the little got queasy.
LT is a remarkable entertainer as well.
Thanks for a fun evening.

Went out for snorkeling with my wife and had a blast! Saw tons of beautiful fish. Upgraded to SCUBA worth every penny! Too much fun!

We opted for the historical dinner cruise instead of the traditional luau. I would recommend getting to the dock early; we were five minutes late and there was only one table left where my husband and I could sit together in the sun after already spending a day at the beach. THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! So accommodating, easy going, made the experience fun. They waited for our drink at the bar so we could enjoy the ride instead of the line. The entertainment was wonderful--a very knowledgeable historical tour guide with great stories and relaxing musician. Our only negative was the other customers talking loudly, tripping as they tried to walk around deck, and taking obnoxious amounts of pictures. Still debating if it was worth the cost.

Aloha Cwinterb13.

Thank you for this review! We recommend guests who want their pick of seating to come a few minutes early as well. Always first come, first served.

Thanks for your kind words with regard to our staff. We love serving our guests, and like to think of ourselves as servers as well as crew members.

We apologize on behalf of the disruptive guests you mention here. Whenever we spot a guest that is creating any kind of disorder, we try and find ways to respectfully curtail their behavior. That in mind, we appreciate it when it's brought to our attention.

You are now a part of our Ohana! We hope to see you again some day soon.

Kind Regards,

Chris Grossi @ Body Glove Cruises

Three of us (parents, teen daughter) took the Body Glove snorkeling cruise from Kona Pier. This was a 4-hour trip, leaving 0930 returning 1330. Very good boat ride (no seasickness), terrific crew and plenty of decent food and drinks on board. That said, the snorkeling, about 2.5 miles south of Kona, was surprisingly unremarkable. The quantity and quality of marine life certainly did not compete with what we saw snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach. We did spend quite a bit of time at the dive site, but the underwater life was just not as plentiful or colorful as we expected. We have snorkeled in Hawaii before (Big Island, Oahu, Maui), as well as in Australia and this just did not meet our expectations. That said, everything else about the trip was quite good and it was, overall, a fair value. A half-day on the water in Hawaii is never a bad thing.

Aloha David P,

We so often see amazing ocean life at our sites! We're sorry you weren't out with us on a more active day.

Did you see dolphins with us? If not, we could put you on again for free in accordance with our guarantee. We should talk about it!

Thank you for your review and your patronage.

Sincerely,

Chris Grossi @ Body Glove Cruises
