If you're going to go on one snorkel/dive on your Hawaiian vacation, this is the one to do!! My husband, my 19-year-old son and I did the snorkel option. The group holds onto a styrofoam surfboard and floats on the surface. Lights are shone in the water to attract plankton and the manta rays come to feed. There were at least 20 rays gliding by last night, doing somersaults through the water, inches from me. It was an amazing experience. My 21-year-old daughter did the scuba option. Alan did a fabulous job briefing and instructing the divers before they went out. She hasn't stopped smiling about the experience yet. The crew were all professional and knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. Bins available on board for dry items, juice/soda/water included. The cost was about $90 per person, plus an additional $25 for the scuba gear. The ONLY small glitch was difficulty locating the boat at the marina. Otherwise, a magical night!!
