Our waiter didn't know our name or just didn't use it. Not typical of our experience at a Four Seasons restaurant. The fish entrees we had were fresh and very high quality, but somewhat lacking in flavor. Our entree arrived after our appetizer and before salad. Our waiter accepted responsibility for the mistake, and the restaurant tried to compensate by comping our cocktails and dessert. Admirable as this gesture was, we were still disappointed as we really wanted those fresh island tomatoes (but not after our entrees). In this instance the Four Seasons did not exceed my expectations (which was its motto for many years). While the atmosphere is great, you can get a better overall experience at Brown's at the Fairmont Orchid or the Canoe House at the Mauna Lani.
