We were pleasantly surprised with the food at this place. Halibut ceviche (a special for that day) was to die for! Sooo delicious! The salmon and the snapper were fresh both fresh, the sautéed corn was really delicious too! Prices were fair, would definitely recommend!

We went here upon arriving in Seward. The food portions are large and tasty. Don't expect to find anything in Seward cheap. As long as you go and eat and not worry about prices you'll be happy eating here. My only complaint was the baked salmon wasn't hot just warm.

We had dinner at the restaurant after a whole day of exploring Seward. The place didn't look too convincing at first. However, a friend highly recommend this place so I had to try. We were 6 people, 3 adults and 3 children. The place was full and not sure if they would take reservation. Nevertheless, the hostess was very attentive and she could seat us within 15-20 mins. The food was excellent. I ordered the crab cake which was just so so....but the salmon dinner was exceptional. It was cooked medium in the middle with peppery seasoning...it was excellent. I also tried the clam chowder. It was good as well. The place has good service for children too. There was no kids menu, however, there are plenty to try from the main menu.

What a wonderful way to end a full day. I had the salmon meal, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. An excellent meal, accompanied with some Alaskan beer. The restaurant is rustic which added to ambiance. Service was timely, but we did not feel rushed. The portions were just right for us, not too large or too small. They also had some nice deserts, which we bought "to go". We found this restaurant to be relaxing with great food. Very ejoyable.

We had two meals here, breakfast and dinner. Both were great. However, this is not for the person on a budget. But, can you go to Seward on a budget?
