We stayed only one night at Soo's. We were actually in the quarters across the street from the main house, as we had a larger party. Soo was very accommodating of all that we needed with two small children in our party. We had a small kitchen, living room, two small bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything was very clean. Decor was a bit dated, but that was part of the charm and fun. If you are looking for luxury or lots of square footage, this is not it. And while it did not bother us, there are a number of rules (no shoes on inside, for example, but that is probably also why it was so clean). Soo did everything she could do meet what needs we had. Her English is accented but she is easy to understand. Breakfast was great. Wireless worked fine. The location was good - at the opposite end of town from the "action" of the Sealife Center, but still within easy walking distance, as Seward is very small. We were taking a cruise the next day, and it was only about a 5 minute $5 (we tipped and gave $10) taxi ride to the pier.
Our big highlight was the bald eagles in the tree right across from our place! If we went back, we would stay here again.
