This place has issues. 1.Among them the heat pump system that, in the winter or on colder days, does not work. At least not in my room. Never got warm. Telling staff did no good. 2. I happened to bring a tour group to this location - many rooms booked with plenty of room time to get ready for us. When a tour group come in late...after all day on the road...the ONE thing they need is to go immediately to their rooms - not wait 30 minutes until their tour director and desk staff rush to complete the task. None of our rooms were keyed and ready as promised when we arrived. The management had plenty of time themselves or to have their desk staff to be ready. So I would say management is not up to the task of supporting the hotel brand name or their clients. 3. And what do most Hamptons happened to have as well in their lobbies? What might we tell our clients they can have when they first come in? Coffee and cookies? No cookies out upon arrival...after 6 p.m. Certainly, after the management issue, the heater issue, and the fact that my customers were left holding their bags literally instead of being taken care of would mean my company will not return. This isn't the way to build brand loyalty.
