Clean bedrooms, if a little dated in colour scheme.
Decent bathroom with a good shower.
Breakfast consisted of good tea, coffee and juice. Very good selection of bread, cheese and cold meats but disappointingly bad jam! A minor point but it really stood out in contrast to the quality of the other breakfast items.
There's very little parking in the village so it's a bit of a lottery where you can park. We ended up choosing the car park just up the hill about a 4 minute walk from the hotel. It's a proper car park (free) and you don't have to worry about squeezing your car into a tight spot and then have someone block you in (as happened to me behind the church!)More
