Or even Levallois! it's just the Clichy side of the railway lines and very close to the Clichy Levallois SNCF railway station. Run by two young dudes, Miguel in front, and Oscar running the kitchen.
It's a simple formula, daily fresh produce, limited menu choice (1 meat, 1 Fish and the ever present "Leitoes" - Portuguese Suckling pig), but prepared with the attention to detail of a fine restaurant. Full lunch time menu is 21€, that's starter, main, dessert, drink (beer, wine or other) & café. It's, repeat after me, UN-BEATABLE-VALUE! You wont get a better deal this side of Vietnam (ok, that's a stretch, let's say outside of Portugal).
I've lost count of the times I've been here, sometimes they have specials, like wild salmon and there are some 200g and 400g steaks always available.
If you are near, don't resist.
