We had a very nice time at the Warwick Seattle. It is a great location, right in downtown Seattle. Our room overlooked Lenora Street, with an unobstructed view of the Space Needle a quarter of a mile away. The glass doors opened and it was wonderful to let in the fresh air. I would have liked a wider balcony, but that is not really a complaint, just a wish. The lobby area was small but comfortable. The room furnishings were modern. There were not enough plug-ins in the room, unfortunately. It was nice to have a loveseat in the single room. The mattresses, pillows and linens were so comfortable! The staff was pleasant, efficient and hospitable. We had dinner at the Margaux and it was a lovely experience. We sat next to a big window which viewed the street. We ate from the pre fixe menu, which was a great value. My friend had the pork chop and I had the salmon and polenta - both were divine. Our waitress, Kelly, was very sweet and friendly, as well as being knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, the hotel and restaurant were an exceptional experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing Lenora Street for a great view. We were on the 16th floor, and it was a great height for viewing the skyline.

The Seattle Warwick as many have stated,is located in a tremendous location in downtown Seattle. What I like about the Warwick is the opening sliding doors to enjoy the fresh air and views. The staff are friendly and helpful, ready to assist, a number being long term. What a number of guests miss is the quality of the restaurant, breakfasts are delious, the fruit cups or plates are a refreshing extra with in season fruit. Lunches are well priced, try the home made tomato soup - the best. Items are well priced and nice portions. Dinners are also very nice. FYI, the recent construction around the hotel is now completed.

Room Tip: We like the city side view to soak up the lovely warm morning sun, high floor.

This is an older hotel and you are definitely paying for a view rather than a great hotel room. The lobby is cramped. We appreciated the late check-in, but had to wade through drunken party people to find the tiny hidden after hours lobby door. The stay was just "meh".

Thank you for your review. If you have time please reach out to me personally so we can discuss your concerns. We have recently renovated the majority of the hotel, with the remaining portions scheduled in the near future. I would love to discuss what made you feel the hotel was older as well as why you felt the double doors to the lobby were hard to find so we can review internally for solutions.

Thank you for staying with us, please come again.

Kind regards,

Warwick is in a great downtown location. walking distance to all sites. ALL staff were extremely friendly and helpful. if they didn't know a detail, they found out and followed thru immediately. Rates are good and rooms r clean and very nice. we r very tough markers and critiques and we can not complain about anything at Warwick.
Our window/balcony view of the Needle was great but some construction was being done while we were visiting. The noise was during the day when we were gone. so if u r concerned, ask for the 4 th avenue side view.

Room Tip: we had construction occurring when we visited. we faced needle on the Lenora st side. if u want to avoid the daytime noise ask for the 4th ave side of bldg

This is a fine hotel and if visiting Seattle i would not hesitate to stay there.
WIFI not included should be made illegal. The person that checked us in (late due to housekeeping back up) was kind enough to toss that in for free but it galls me to get two bitted for WIFI.
Having those out of the way it is a great location and an easy walking distance to the lovely park at the Space Needle.
Lots of restaurants close by.
Beds were comfy.
Gym was ok and so was pool. Not a standout but certainly ok.
bottom line.
I'd stay again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Room Tip: Get on a side street as the rooms off front have a lot of traffic noise.
