Had a great Memorial Day weekend away from work and kids! Beautiful hotel in a great Seattle location. Had the best dinner of our lives in the resturant. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back!

This is a nice hotel on the corner of Olive and 4th. It is in such a great location. Macy's is directly across the street, its a 4 block walk to Pikes Place Market, around the corner from the West Lake lightrail stop, and within walking distance to the space needle. If you forgot any toiletries, its also within walking distance to Target. We did not go to the restaurant at the hotel, but it looked nice. We found a nice bar/restaurant, Purple, a few blocks away and had a few drinks at the Yard House which is also close by. The hotel doormen were so nice and knowledgeable---they actually helped us more than the male concierge that was working. The female concierge was very friendly and set up transportation for us to the cruise terminal we were leaving from. Our room was clean, the bed was smaller, but we are used to a king at home, so maybe it's just an adjustment on our part. The housekeeper was friendly and although I don't think English was her primary language she always asked us how we were, etc. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we received another great deal through priceline!

We spent 4 nights here and were very comfortable. We arrived a day ahead of schedule and were accommodated without fuss.
Our room was clean and well-appointed. We were on an upper floor, which was away from a lot of the street noise.
We were glad we were not right next to the ice machine, which was very loud.
Comfy mattress and nice bedlinens and towels.
WiFi was free and fast and the in-room coffee was good.
The staff were all charming and friendly.
Perhaps it lacks the amenities of a large chain hotel ( I needed to clean my shoes and was directed to the Shoe Shine service at Macy's!) but makes up for this in old world courtesy and welcome.

We ate breakfast twice in the restaurant. Good both times.
I'd recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean quiet room, fast wifi, comfy beds, hot shower, charming old architecture. In my 29 years of traveling, I have not experienced this ultimate luxury: two separate full bathrooms! We had a room with two queen beds. We did not expect two bathrooms! Not all rooms have them. The hotel is centrally located downtown. We took the train from the airport which left us only a few blocks from the hotel. It is also next to the monorail stop which goes directly to the Space Needle. Pike Street Market is only a few blocks away. The next time we are in Seattle, we will definitely stay here.

We chose the “Cruise On Inn” package for after our Alaskan Cruise. Mayflower Park is the perfect hotel to rest up after a cruise! We loved the look of the hotel, our room, and the restaurant where breakfast was provided in the pkg. - all excellent! A few notes though. I would have given them 5-stars except for a few things. Check-In time is later than most hotels I have stayed in (4:00 p.m.) and we did not realize this. We disembarked the ship early in the morning and wanted nothing more than to check in and relax before heading out. The hotel staff was friendly and said they would do what they could, but we stayed in the lobby for quite a few hours till a room was available. We were too tired to site-see. The only down side of this whole experience was whom Mayflower contracted with as the "Cruise Pickup Service." We were to wait for a guy in an unmarked white van. We waited quite a while. Then they guy showed up and it was utter confusion. He loaded up a van load of us, yet appeared to not know quite who went where and why...We went to another hotel and sat for over 30 minutes while he tried to write information down of the folks there - info he should have already known. Then he had to call back to his office to get directions to the Mayflower Park, even turning around when he passed it. Confusing him not knowing where the Mayflower Park was located in Seattle??

Room Tip: Our room faced the park and the weekend activity - which was neat. But there were on-going concerts...

Mayflower Park is an exceptionally well-run hotel. From service to décor and even down to electrical outlet, everything was first class. The Deluxe Queen Suite was well worth the extra money. The hotel is next to a rail/bus station and several major department stores. Pike Street Market is a few blocks away. Everyone can find something to like about this elegant hotel. The only disappointment was the fish dish that I had at the hotel restaurant, Andaluca, was way too salty. The duck breast and the lamb chop were quite good. We highly recommend this hotel for any duration of stay.

I do allot of travelling alone so finding places which are central, safe, clean and great staff is everything! First off I found a great deal on Hotwire, which was great, I had a very late arrival so I emailed the Hotel in advance letting them know I would be checking in after midnight and if I could get a fridge in my room. A day later I received and Email back confirming late arrival and they could accommodate me with a small fridge. Room average size and very clean, staff were all amazing, helpful and polite. Everything is within walking distance and the Monorail to the Space Needle is next to the hotel. Food and drinks were very impressive at both lounge and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again! Only two issues which was the fan in the room kept going off and loud and the free wifi went down each night, but not big deal compared to all the good things. Hats off to a great hotel with character and the staff it employs!
