We spent a leisure weekend in Seattle and decided to stay at the Sheraton - not a bad choice, given it is super centrally located in downtown Seattle, only (walking)minutes from shops, restaurants, train station (airport!); major attractions are still in walking distance, but would probably require more like 10-25mins.
The Sheraton is a very busy hotel with business travelers, tourists, airline staff and events - and it can well handle the masses. However, check-in/-out lines tend to be fairly long. The rooms are spaceous, beds comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. TV, mini bar, coffee maker (Stabucks coffee), flat iron/board and safe were in the room, but no fridge. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, but is being charged for if used in ghe room. Go to the lobby area or a nearby Starbucks for free internet access!
PRO: central location, big rooms, comfy beds
CON: no in-room WiFi, at times long lines at check-in/out
