“Amazing Waterfront Hotel”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

Upscale Boutique hotel overlooking Puget Sound with amazing views and a very helpful staff. Whether you enjoy an elegant dinner in the lobby restaurant, Six-Seven or curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee in the lobby, you will get amazing views of the Sound from the floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Without a car, having the complimentary shuttle service was a God-send. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: The upgrade to a water view (with a balcony) is well worth it!

As soon as you enter the lobby, it makes you feel right at home. The warm feeling while I sat on a comfortable chair beside the fireplace was so relaxing. It does not matter if you stay there for business or for pleasure because the hotel provides excellent service that meets your needs after a long day in Seattle. My teenage (hard-to-please) son enjoyed view and the food.

Room Tip: Please feel free to use their shuttle to go to the Pike Market and even the serious bisquit restaura...

My company reserved a block of rooms at the Red Lion on Fifth avenue for our annual sales conference but a few of us decided to reserve the Edgewater instead as it was right next door to our conference and we wanted convenience. We arrived earlier than check in but the staff was extremely accomodating and got us into our rooms early so we could unpack and freshen up before walking next door to our meeting. We didn't return until very late that night so I was kind of sad that I didn't get to experience more that they had to offer or enjoy my beautiful room more but I have to say what little time I spent there was awesome. I had a partial water view and it was just enough, I opened the window wide and slept like a baby in the comfortable bed being lulled by the sound of the water lapping against the pier. There was virtually no traffic sounds that late at night either. The renovated rooms are a mix of beautiful and cozy with the bears and modern bathroom. We experienced a speedy checkout the next morning and the valet was really helpful giving us directions to the restaurant we were meeting coworkers and loading our luggage. They even opened/closed our car doors for us. I would definately come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Seattle!

Room Tip: There is a train track in front of the hotel so if you are a light or troubled sleeper, reserve wate...

We were looking for a last minute nice hotel in Seattle and came across the Edgewater on the app Hotel Tonight. It was a great deal so we booked it. Upon arriving, the girl at the desk was so sweet and accommodating. She upgraded us to a water view room. Best deal ever. The view was out of this world and the room was not far behind. The only thing that could potentially bother someone is the very loud dock noise. Didn't bother us, though. Excellent stay! Will definitely stay again.

On a nice and sunny day it is a great place for lunch. The location is great and so is the ambience. The mocktails are awesome. I take my kids sometimes and they love it. I have tried their Sunday brunch and it was great. For the $$ the place is quite awesome for lunch or brunch.

Dominic was the best! We had an amazing time and it was mostly because of Dominic's service. He showed us a great app for calling a town car because it's cheaper than calling a cab, he gave us a $20 credit, the shuttle service was late do he called us a cab because we were on a time crunch and he offered to pay for us, and he let me into the gift shop before we checked out when they were closed for lunch. Thank you so much Dominic for making our stay special and being SO accommodating!
