Rudest front counter person we have ever encountered- we were ignored for a full 15 minutes while he chatted on the phone. They may allow pets- but they definitely aren't pet friendly ! Be prepared to spend $30 PER PET if your dog is small to medium sized and $50 PER PET if your dog is larger. No wonder they don't list that on the website. We bring our dogs with us everywhere and have never had to pay more than a $20 total pet rate. Good luck sleeping past 7am- the hotel is surrounded by the freeway in front and crazy construction behind. Even with ear plugs it's hard to ignore the shaking walls and the rattling mirror. Not a single window opened, and the curtains didn't keep any light out-and they also couldn't be opened come daytime. A dreary, dirty and crumbling mess of a hotel. The only positive I have to say is that it is located a nice easy walk away from some great pubs and restaurants.
The sad thing is- I LIKE cheap hotels. Usually the mess and oldness makes me happy. But the horrible owner and the pet fee fiasco really soured my stay.
