This was at least my third trip to the Hotel Vintage Park. I like it so much that I convinced my husband to give it a try when he was in Seattle on business-he loved it as much as I do. If you've experienced Kimpton's, then you know what to expect-lovely rooms, comfy beds and great service. The Hotel Vintage Park certainly delivers on all these attributes but the location is fantastic as well. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave-you are made to feel special and valued. The entire staff is fantastic and you could probably request a 2-headed unicorn to be delivered to your room and they wouldn't bat an eye. All Kimpton's have that nifty coupon for their InTouch members where you can get $10 out of the in-room mini bar. It also pays to sign up for their InTouch program since you then get free wi-fi.
The best thing about Kimpton's is their wine reception every night. One of the few places where you can get a glass of wine and actually start chatting with other guests without feeling like the odd man out. This Kimpton however actually did actual wine tastings for 2 of the nights I was there. Found 2 great Portuguese wines and a pretty awesome Washington Rose. Give this hotel a try-fantastic location and fantastic service; who could ask more?

I recently spent a long weekend at the Hotel Vintage Park with my wife after booking (blind) through Priceline. It was great luck that we got a room at the Hotel Vintage Park! The staff was personal and friendly; the hotel felt the same. Rooms weren't huge, but didn't need to be. We took full advantage of the water with fresh fruit and the local/national newspapers. The location is ideal - a short walk to Pikes Place Market. Across the street is a self-serve parking garage if you want an alternative to the hotels own valet. You are also just a block away from access to Highway five, making it easy to head out by car.
The wine tasting each night is popular, and the Washington Winery theme of each room (and on the hotel's television channel) was a unique touch. When we return, this will be the first hotel we try to book.

Stayed here with a close friend for 2 nights.

I booked last minute through a third party so got a fantastic deal. I called in the day before to ask for 2 beds and in the beginning, they said they may not be able to accommodate. However, I was transferred to someone else at front desk, and she was more than willing to add that my reservation.

When we arrived, front desk was friendly. They were always accommodating and helpful. We were not offered any comps as mentioned in other reviews for missing the wine tasting by 30 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. Because I was an inTouch Kimpton member, we got a "raid the fridge" 410 voucher for anything in the room. Also, if you're a member, you get complimentary wifi, a nice touch.

We had a room on the 5th floor, right by the elevator. Our room had 2 double beds, furnished simply. There was a small desk and a chair by the window. The bathroom was a bit tight but manageable. The windows looked out to the street, but there wasn't too much street noise. AC was working albeit a bit noisy going on and off. No coffee machine, but it was delivered promptly to room after calling down to front desk, with a selection of Mighty Leaf teas and Starbucks coffee. There was a fridge and drawerful of snacks (for a fee). We could move the items around to make room for our own beverages in the fridge. My only complaint would be the pillows, not sure why, but almost all the pillows have been lumpy, flat and uncomfortable..

Location is great, within walking distance to most of the major attractions in Seattle. With the confusing streets and pricey parking, it was great to just venture out on foot. The lobby is public areas were nice, a cosy fireplace with seating, and orange flavoured ice water always available. In the morning, complimentary coffee and tea was available. We also were able to attend the wine tasting the next night, the sommelier was knowledgeable and friendly, and the it was nice to chat with some of the other guests.

We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant, Tulio, but have heard good things and it always seemed to get filled up. Valet parking is $34/night, a bit steep but think it's about the same elsewhere, and unlike the lots, there's in and out privileges. There's also a 24 hour fitness centre that is complimentary.

Cozy boutique hotel, definitely a great stay in Seattle. We'd come back if given the chance!

Visited Seattle for a couple of days and stayed here. This is a really impressive boutique hotel - the service is impeccable and the quality of the rooms is great. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary wine tasting offered every evening - a great way to start a short visit to town.

A nice hotel in downtown Seattle in a very good location, perfect walking distance to most sights. We stayed for a one night getaway and were impressed with the staff. There was a wine tasting event going on during our check in which was nice to participate in. The rooms were small but nicely decorated and clean. Overall a good night away and highly recommend due to the location.
