Great collection of airplanes with lots of information about different wars, which is not exactly my cup of tea, but I enjoyed it. I especially liked the section about women in aviation and being able to go inside Air Force One. Great place to visit for families.

This is an excellent museum, they even have an aeroplane I used to fly! Sadly the Comet was not there, but some great unusual kit - the DC-2, the Dark Star, etc. The shuttle trainer was fascinating. Will return. Easy to get to by public transport.

My wife and I visited the museum recently while traveling to the area. As with many people, we've visited a number of museums and this one is about average. Not that it is a bad thing. The museum has its pluses and minuses. For the pluses: Loved the area on space travel and on the history of Boeing. Both were very interesting. The minuses: The section of flight and the space shuttle were lacking. Flight is what Boeing is known for. This just didn't seem to be as nicely covered as it could have. I have had the privilege to visit the Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH and if you have visited that museum, other museums on flight are lacking. The price of the museum is reasonable which is a plus. One observation: For parents with very young children I would recommend that you do your research. There are exhibits they may like, but this is not a museum geared for the young kids. Youth science museums are better suited (just my opinion as a parent who used to have young children once upon a time).

Thank Neal J

If you are a big fan of museums, maybe you'll like this more than me. However, I had a really hard time staying interested with all the reading. I lost interest after the first exhibit and then had a hard time finding things to do because there are very few interactive things to do. However, there are planes in one area of the museum that I was excited for since they're more interactive. They were cool but they didn't redeem the museum for me.

We spent hours looking at all of the airplanes and could have spent even more, there is just so much here to see. The history of the Boeing company was also very interesting.
