We stayed here on a Saturday night. It's near a fire station, so there are frequent sirens, but it's in the middle of a big city, so noise is to be expected. Easy walk to Pike Place Market, Space Needle. Small, but comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for Seattle. We would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: I believe the rooms on the courtyard are quieter than streetside rooms.

the hotel was clean, the front desk people were very helpful & courtious. my husband & I both us cpap machines which require distilled water. when we on our way to the hotel from the airport we say a grocery/conv store. we asked the lady clerk, if there was anywhere, else & she said that store was too expensive & there is riteaid 3 blocks farther down. the coffee pot went our in our room & i stoped by the front desk to advise them & with in 5-10 minutes housekeeping was there with a brand new coffee pot. they were in the heart of the city, in the heart of lots of bars & resturants, so there was street noise & there is a dog park across the street. so if you are not use to the noise, be prepared to hear bar patrons shouting if you have your window open & the dogs barking.

Room Tip: great location to get around, our room wa on 4th floor just off the elevator, heard no traffic from the elevator

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It's within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and the Stadiums are even walking distance. The room was a good size and very clean. The front desk staff were mostly pleasant and very helpful when asked questions. The rooms can be noisy, but it's a downtown hotel, it's going to happen. It was rather bright in the room in the morning so a blackout curtain would be recommended. For all the comments complaining about wifi, don't worry, while I was there they were installing the wireless modems in all the rooms and it is probably up and running already.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the upper floors further away from the traffic. Unfortunately there's construction of a new building on one side, ask to stay away from that as I hear it's quite noisy in the morning.

This eco-modern hotel, housed in an old building, was perfect for budget travelers. The rooms were small but comfortable. Everything was very very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged for a car and driver to pick us up at the airport. The hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. I'll stay here again when I come to Seattle. (I was sorry there wasn't wi-fi in the rooms, but the computers in the lobby are free.) The rooftop deck was a real plus for a view of nighttime Seattle.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was as noisy on the busy street below us as it was in our room. The closed windows did nothing to block the sounds of traffic, sirens, partying people and the barking dogs at the dog park across the street.

Another problem was the bright light that came in through the cheap blinds at the crack of dawn. After a long noisy night the thin cheap plastic blinds blocked no light at all waking us up far earlier than we wanted.

On our second day we returned to our room in the evening to find that the door was not shut and our room was only partially made up. It seems the maids started to clean our room but didn't finish for some reason. Our laptops, suitcases, clothes and jewelry were in our room with an open door.

Way too expensive for this type of motel.

Room Tip: Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night. We changed rooms to the opposite side and it didn't help at all.
