Loved this place. We did the 5 course tasting menu - absolutely great how there is 2 options and each person can choose their own. We alternated options but then just shared them so we both got to try 10 different things. Each course was really interesting, a great mix of innovative flavours and incredibly well balanced. The Wagyu was up there with the best I have ever had.
We decided to match courses with beers and I loved their range. From a local ale to a Germany oak smoked dopplebock this was spectacular stuff.
Definitely a brilliant choice when in Seattle.
