We stayed one night at the Georgetown Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was great! Loved the different toppings for toast and the fruit/yogurt parfaits! We would stay here again!

Room tip: top floor- not on road side

This is an old inn that was nicely renovated. The room was large and comfortable, not like the tiny places you get in budget motels.

The ambiance manages to capture the atmosphere of this old neighborhood. Another added benefit is its relative proximity to downtown Seattle.

They are making a genuine effort to minimize the impact on the environment. Something I haven't seen in larger chains (besides the reuse towels signs). The breakfast is quite healthy and they promote local business as well.

A polite sign asking late guests to be quiet upon arrival translated on a restful evening except for the occasional plane passing by.

The spotty Internet is the reason why I don't give 5 stars. Very often I lost the signal but I managed to get the basics done.

Very cool! Thank you for the kind words...It's the little things that make this a great value...Heck, even my Mother stays here... If it's good enough for her then...Thank you!

This is a great place. You need to realize that they have upgraded an older motor inn. It has neat and quirky finishes though the bones are an older hotel. It was one of the friendliest hotel staffs that we met on our road trip. The rooms are well appointed and the common areas very well done. The breakfast has several option though it is basic. That sums them up, basic done very well. If you want a 5 star resort then spend way more money somewhere else. This is a basic super value for lower cost. It's Seattle for crying out loud. There are about a dozen micro breweries with in about 5 miles too.

We only live 60 miles away, but stayed overnight to go to a late show downtown. This hotel is clean and modern, with large comfortable rooms. It's certainly a deal compared to downtown hotels; we paid $136 for a king room with a jacuzzi tub, and then it was just $15 for a Lyft to El Corazon (there would be no way to find parking near that venue for less money and not risk getting your car broken into). There's tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. We'll be staying at this hotel whenever we need to overnight in Seattle from now on.

We had to make a short stay in the Georgetown area of Seattle and had driven by this quaint brick hotel surrounded by a rather shabby industrial area before. After reading some reviews and finding the price better than the nearby Airbnb's, we booked a couple of nights. A very nice little hotel, very clean, nice linens and the decor was nice and fresh. Felt very safe and the people working in the lobby were friendly and bright. Continental breakfast and wi-fi. Had a little bit of a Seattle hipster feel...maybe a retired Microsofty put it together? Nice place to lay your head for a business trip.
