Great central location, didn't need our rental car at all. We used valet first day for $30+ tip then self-parked for $8 a day in same Hyatt garage. We reserved the Executive Suite for a family of 3 with a roll away for an extra $15 a day. It was a great choice. Our suite had a wonderful view, and was very quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean as expected as our standards are high. Only a few negatives, they charge $10 per day for wireless, TV was not HD with limited choices and we asked for special recognition for our son who turned 10 during our stay, and nothing was done for him. There is free wireless downstairs at Starbucks and we provided plenty of recognition for the birthday boy ourselves, it's just something Four Seasons is more than happy to do upon request and something we found was overlooked by the Grand Hyatt. All around, it was a great experience and when we don't have any special requests, we would stay here again when we return to Seattle.

Room Tip: Executive Suite is comfortable, two bathrooms is nice and the double shower in master bathroom washed away stress and sore muscles. There is no swimming pool at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, only a hot tub.

This hotel is more expensive than other downtown hotels but worth the extra cost. We visit Seattle a couple times a year and have stayed at various hotels only to find we do not have a great view or the bathroom is really tiny. At the Hyatt the view was great from the 27th floor, very comfy king bed with good pillows. The bathroom is huge and had a soaker tub.Black out blinds so no early morning sun. Well controlled AC. Very modern and clean. Great location too.

Room Tip: higher floors have better views

Nothing to say - It is just a great Hyatt - as always. The blinds could be operated by a remote control and blocked off all the light from the hoardings from other hotels. Bathroom was amazing and huge. We walked to the market form the hotel. Great stay. Will definitely come back.

I was travelling on business and was booked into the Grand Hyatt. As a rewards member, I was given a high floor with a corner room. The room itself was very clean and very spacious. I had a flat panel television and a Ethernet cable to connect to my laptop.

Service always arrives during my conference and the room was nice and clean. All the employees were very helpful and seemed eager to help.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown, so you can pretty much walk anywhere. It was always busy at night and I was able to see a lot of sights just walking around.

The main floor Grand Hyatt meeting rooms were very clean and wonderful for our meeting. Moving up to the 7th floor I was not terribly impressed, primarily due to street noise. Thankfully most of my meetings were on the main floor. The hotel itself was decent, clean and the staff was friendly. Parking is on the expensive side, $30 self-park, and there was no pool, but a respectable exercise room, sauna and hot tub. There is no Spa, though this came up as being an ammenity of the hotel on one site. The hotel itself is conveniently located down Pine Street, about 3 blocks from the elevated light rail and about 7 blocks from the Pike's Place Market.
