The wife and I stayed here on the night before and the night after a cruise from Seattle. On arriving the first night, , the bell svcs promptly took our bags, and we had quite a few. They directed us to Lily at the front desk who was very attentive and realized we were there to start our honeymoon, took EXCELLENT care of us and even sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne.
The room was amazing. It was super clean, it had a great view of downtown Seattle, the bathroom had a great tub and shower and also extremely clean. And the beds were very relaxing.

On the night after the cruise, we were only able to book a 2 queen bed room at the time of booking due to the hotel being booked. Somehow, between Lily working her magic the first night, and the other young woman working hers the day we arrived back, not only were we able to get a king bed, but we were able to check in early after coming from a cruise.

You do pay for quality. But the extra attention to detail on both stays is worth the extra money. The best example of that was the doorman? I am sure he introduced himself but I am bad with names. He on the other hand, remembered us. And i don't mean from the night before to the next day. I mean from the 1 minute we spoke as we loaded our bags when we left for our cruise, he remembered us when we pulled up a week later.

The hotel itself is great, but the service.... puts it over the top!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and 6 and 3 year old kids. I was recieved exceptionally well at the reception by Lily S. who made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond by ordering some milk and cookies for my kids since we arrived late (Very nice touch). The rooms were spacious enough and the bathroom was exceptional. Very clean and well maintained and central to all locations. Only suggestion I would have is to allow free internet access for Gold passport members.

This hotel wa wonderful. The staff were very helpful and made our stay great. The room was big and very clean. The noise level was ok. You did hear some doors slamming and some talking in the hallways. The hotel is located in the center of everything and easy to get around. Great views and would stay again. Beware of extra charges such as parking, internet, and the minibar. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for a long weekend in May and would recommend the hotel. The location is good, central for most places and transport links. Check-in was painless and the guy taking our bags up to the room was polite and courteous and showed us the gadgets of the room and warned us about the silly mini-bar with its sensor mechanism (very handy when travelling with children who may just move things around and you will still get charged for it).

The room was nice with a separation between the bedroom and lounge area, and the bathroom a good size and power-shower.

We did not use the gym or restaurant but did find the starbucks downstairs very helpful for caffeine fixes and it was open quite late too.

It is rather a big hotel and whilst we were there, lots of conferences going on which made it feel quite business-like. All-in-all it is a safe bet for a stay in Seattle.

Very pleased with our two small stays at this hotel in May. Both rooms were well appointed with good size bathrooms including walk in shower and large bath. Would recommend asking for a higher floor to get the best views of Seattle.
Would recommend the nearby Taphouse Bar for real American food, wines and beers.
