We spent 4 nights here before and after our cruise. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy transport to downtown Seattle by trolly ($2.50 pp) right outside the front of the hotel. Taxi or limo to airport about $50.00 or if luggage is easy to handle take the light rail from the airport to the end of the line then pick up shuttle to hotel. Pretty easy to do. Nice walking area around Lake Union and good restaurants in walking distance. Daily breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again. (family of 4/ kids 13 & 19)

We cruised to Alaska and stayed here before and after the cruise. The check in staff was courteous and even got. Us in the room prior to 10am! This was wonderful since we had gotten up very early that morning. The room was a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. It had a refrigerator, table, stove and microwave. The shower was great with nice towels. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower which is convenient. There are flat screen TVs in both rooms and there is also a balcony with chairs. A taxi or Suv will run between $40 to $50 dollars from the airport. If you are cruising you should take a taxi to the docks since that is only $20 with tip. Request a van taxi if you have a lot of luggage. The front desk can make arrangements for you. There is a streetcar right out front that will take you downtown. It is supposed to cost $2.50 per person, but a local said nobody ever pays, so we rode it for free! Breakfast is included and is excellent. It includes a buffet with eggs, cereal, bagels, toast, coffee, juice etc, it is more than adequate. The staff throughout the facility were top notch. There are restaurants across the street. We ate Chandler's and it was pricey but excellent. Have the front desk make your reservation and you will get a special appetizer for free. This is a nice place and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Nice accommodations. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was where our room was located. We were on the second floor just above the garage entrance for the hotel. Could hear the garage door opening and shutting. We were also facing street side. Although this hotel is away from the main hustle & bustle of the city, that street was mighty busy. To remedy, I just turned on fan for the unit, left it running all night and it drowned out most of the noise. Very friendly staff and excellent complimentary breakfasts, which made this even more economical. Beds comfy & clean. Maid service great. Made call & got fast action for extra bedding. A little less expensive than downtown accommodations.

Room Tip: don't stay steet side or on second floor near garage entrance

Excellent location - on Lake Union so it's quieter than downtown and the streetcar stops just outside. Even though there was construction outside, it was a nice, quiet hotel. The free hot breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the variety. Very clean. Housekeeping tended to arrive quite early (8:30am) but that wasn't a big deal. No hotel restaurant, but the restaurants across the street were very good. Staff was very helpful and polite. Very clean. Walking distance to the Space Needle, but the traffic was pretty busy and the sidewalk was kind of overgrown. Nice, spacious room with a kitchen.

We loved our room, very spacious and clean. We only stayed one night, wish we could have stayed longer. We had a king size bed, which had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. We dined at Chandlers across the street on the waterfront, they had very good food and great service. The hotel offered a free breakfast with a good selection of breakfast items. The only complaint I have, is that the parking stalls are very small and very hard to get in and out of. But we would defintely stay here again.

Stayed one night before flying out the next day out of SeaTac. This hotel is in a good location in downtown. Since it's a residence inn, it's a great value for familes. The rooms are spacious and clean and there's free breakfast. Parking was $23, but expected in downtown. The hot tub and workout areas were great to use.
