Scott Carsburg is one of the most creative, technically deft chefs going. His former restaurants - Lamprea, and in the same space, Bisato - were legendary haunts for Seattle's fooderati. Alas, both are gone forever. Pushed out of Belltown by the degradation of the neighborhood caused by the glut of nightclubs, Scott threw in the white towel, and closed.
We can only hope he finds a new space and resumes serving up some of the best food anywhere.
