Nice hotel, would definitely use it again. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, giving us ideas of where we might eat for the evening. The hotel itself was clean and fresh. We had a corner room (515) which had views over part of Queen Anne and also across the rooftops to the sea. The bed was very comfy, we both slept well. There was also a big window seat (possibly could use as as single bed for an extra person), two chairs and a small kitchenette, plus of course the bathroom. No utensils in the kitchen at all, but don't panic .... there is a note saying go to reception if you want some. The hotel doesn't have it's own restaurants which suited us fine - we rarely eat breakfast or other meals in the hotels we stay in. It did have a starbucks adjoining the hotel which was handy for an early morning drink. There is no shortage of restaurants in the area, a really good choice of different types of food from mexican to vietnamese, italian and traditional diners. All within easy walking distance. There is also a supermarket and a liquor store just around the corner. This hotel is ideally located for the space needle and Chihuly, which are just a couple of blocks away. You can also get fab views of the space needle and the sea from the rooftop deck. It's a lovely place to sit ad drink a glass of wine on a warm sunny evening. Lots of parking under the hotel, but if you have a high vehicle space is a bit limited - only about 8 spaces that you can get into, providing thoughtless people with normal cars haven't parked their cars in them!
I thought this hotel was good value for money - definitely will use this one again.

Front desk staff helped us find a great place to hike, and gave dining and nightlife suggestions too. They were very knowledgeable about Seattle attractions, as well as off-the-beaten-path sights. And SUPER friendly!
