The fennel sausage pizza was fabulous, no sauce per se just simmered tomatoes so delicately seasoned. Wonderful. Our friends had the mushroom pizza and said it is at the top of their list. The service was attentive. This place is on my return to calendar

This was the first time we had breakfast here (serious biscuit). Be prepared, the biscuits are fantastic! I had a biscuit sandwich, I was surprised it held together, but it did. Also, be prepared for a wait on weekends. Oh, nice beer selection, too.

Get the homemade rootbeer - such a treat! Very limited menu, but everything we ordered (drinks, appetizer, pizza, and dessert) was fantastic! Recommend the chocolate bundino.

We came here as a business group and sat in the upstairs mezzanine at one of the long, communal tables. A super-friendly server patiently explained our diverse woodfired-hearth pie options, and we tried about four different kinds: not a loser among them. I can say that for the craft beer menu, too. And, I should say that the salads were all EXCEPTIONAL, especially a marinated kale affair that wowed everyone. As a member of the foodservice industry I especially enjoyed the mezzanine's view of the giant, but silent, bakery down below: The production bakery for all of Tom Douglas' restaurants (Douglas is the "Rich Melman" of Seattle). Can't wait to find a way to get back here during breakfast or lunch for the insanely good-looking biscuit menu!

Delicious, fresh, hip, comfortable, energetic, right noise level and very serious about quality pizza. The benchmark for artisan pizza.
