We went to Thurston's because we were eating with a baby and the restaurant next door wouldn't allow us to be served... like a three week old baby was going to drink at the bar...Anyway, we went into Thurston's and met Thurston himself, who is delightful. He owns the restaurant with his dad and the family owns other successful restaurants. We had a wonderful table by a large open air window. The drinks were very good and the food, well, the food was excellent. I would describe it as fusion/continental! The flavors are exceptional blended well and making my palette go "AHHHH!" From the hamburger and no they don't have condiments like ketsup to the musles a la fusion was well prepared, well presented and well served. We don't live in Seattle but, I highly recommend this great find around Green Lake!
