“Across the street from Safeco Field”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 July 2013

Very nice hotel. Directly across the street from the ballpark and close to the airport. The hotel shuttle will take you to attractions such as Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market. The Space Needle is only a few miles away. We found the room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were comfortable too. The price per night was a little on the high side, but we went to three ballgames and wanted the convenience of not needing transportation to and from the game. We didn't bother with a rental car and were happy with that decision. Room service was fast and the food (which was excellent) was from the attached restaurant. The restaurant lounge was also very nice. The staff is the type that goes out of their way to help. I wouldn't hesitate to book a room here on a return trip.

Awesome Hotel. Loved the stay 100%. The room we has was a standard room, but it was very nice. Great interior décor, modern yet comfortable. The views out our windows were of Safeco field where the seattle mariners play baseball. Our kids loved it. The rate was typical downtown seattle, a little high compared to the suburbs but worth it. The staff was spectacular. The courtesy of checkin / checkout was superb.

They also have a nice little restaurant downstairs that serves all day, very handy for our family to catch breakfast and have a late night snack. All in all, a great place to stay, especially if youre going to a baseball game the next day!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and at the last minute I caught a baseball game, since it was right across from the hotel. It's a perfectly nice hotel, though not a tons of character. It's a nice hotel, with big rooms, comfortable beds, and a giant TV. There was a soccer game that night and the vuvuzelas were a little annoying late at night, but nothing too bad. I took the shuttle to the light rail station in the morning, which was nice and easy.

This hotel is literally at the Stadium entrance. Perfect spot to stay when going to a Mariner's game. The hotel looks like it gets a lot of use from baseball fans - a little worn around the edges. We had a Suite and my parents had a double Queen room. The Suite was on the corner facing the Stadium and had an odd layout. The linens and bedspread could have used a refresh and there were stains on the ceiling, but overall it was comfortable and it was fun to watch the crowd coming and going from the stadium. The rooftop pool is neat because you can see the stadium from it - however it is very small and under 4 feet deep. The food in Jimmy's restaurant was good - however, service was a little slow. Front desk and Valet nice and helpful. We would stay here again because of perfect location.

Everything about this hotel stay was good, front desk staff, concierge services, restaurant and room. We ate in the restaurant most nights and didnt have one bad meal. Can't fault their customer service and the free shuttle really helped us as we had to leave early in the morning to get the train to Vancouver. Room was spacious, clean and modern with the added bonus of Aveda products. As others have said, a great location to watch a game. The pool area is a little on the small side and got quite busy so it wasn't always possible to get a lounger but great to have the outdoor space! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
Ps. Another real bonus is that the guest laundry is FREE! Amazing ......

This hotel is situated directly across the street from Safeco Field and adjacent to the Seahawks stadium. Otherwise, it is a good mile or so away from the downtown and waterfront attractions. The hotel does offer a free shuttle, but you have to reserve a seat and then call to arrange a pickup which is more of a hassle than just hailing a cab.
The front desk staff is extremely friendly and were able to accommodate our requests. The upper deck pool area is nice, and there is free wifi.
We only ordered room service on our last morning. It did arrive promptly, but items were missing. The restaurant is nice, but expensive. Much better dining choices in Seattle.
The biggest complaint I have about the hotel is housekeeping. The hallway carpets are dingy and need a shampooing. The desk is covered by a glass top, but the wood underneath was quite dusty. No bathrobes, but a hair dryer is provided. The safe is in the closet, flush with the side wall--hard to see and awkward to access. Toiletries, coffee supplies, and toilet paper were not replenished daily. The green chair ottoman had a white crusty stain. The bathroom door was water damaged. The hotel could be a 4 star, but in cleanliness and attention to detail gives it a three star ranking.

When booking our room we had a special request and they made sure that we were taken care of. From the minute we checked in until we checked out, everyone at the hotel was very helpful. It is refreshing to stay in a hotel that still believes in customer service.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free wi-fi, wet bar with microwave and mini fridge was a bonus. My husband especially liked the big screen TV and view of the stadium from our room. Although we didn't use the rooftop pool, it looked very inviting and the view was great. We tried to go to Jimmy's on first on a game night which was a mistake, it was a very popular place. Although the train tracks are a couple of blocks away and the stadium is across the street, we were not bothered by any noise.

The location is an easy walk to popular locations like Pioneer Square and the waterfront. For the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, we took the free shuttle (which is super handy because finding a parking space downtown is a nigtmare). Also, we took the light rail from the airport, it's only about a two block walk to the hotel from the "Stadium" stop (super easy and cheap).

I would highly recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff, cleanliness and location.
