And all wood fired on a huge grill built specially for the Guild that's on view from every corner of the restaurant.
Housed on the first floor of a new hotel that was once a hotel-dorm for Millers brought to Seattle for the boat-building trades, hence the name Millers Guild, the restaurant's contemporary design surrounds the star feature mentioned above, giving diners a bit of food-art-theater as they sip and dine. The side dishes are spectacular. The night we were there, though it was the beef I came for I ended up loving best the octopus someone else ordered--and I didn't even think I cared for octopus.
Prepare to be impressed!
