“Great place for a late-night drink with friends”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 January 2012

I'm always looking for that perfect place to meet other (middle aged!) friends to catch up over a good drink. I don't want a club, but i don't want a pub either: Something in between, please. Oliver's is perfect. The drinks are well made, there is a good selection of beers and a decent selection of wine, the service is attentive but not intrusive, and the place is quiet enough that you can hear without straining.

“Lounge at Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 December 2011

Best in Seattle, right downtown in Mayflower Park Hotel. Atmosphere is tops, you think you are in New York City. Drinks are expensive but worth the experience.

Love the atmosphere. (and the burgers and beer). It's a great place to sit down and watch people in the bar and passing by on the street.

“Quite possibly the best martini in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 November 2011

Located on the corner of 4th & Olive Way Oliver's has large windows looking out on the busy street scene but plenty of seating in the L shaped room providing a cosy feel to the lounge. A server arrived with water immediately upon our party being seated and a waitress with peanuts and drink menus shortly thereafter. Their "Classic" martini is a beauty to behold and for this beer drinker a good selection of both draught and bottled beer. In short, a comfortable, not too noisy lounge with great service.

“Old World Charm”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 July 2011

A delightful place to sit and relax. Loved the 'old world feel'... felt like we had stepped back into the 50's. The bartenders serve up some amazing drinks... no need to worry about them being too weak! The service is excellent and the happy hour food delicious. Our waitress, Kim, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She suggested Toulous Petit for breakfast the next morning and it was as amazing as she said it would be.
