“Nice Hotel, Good location”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

This hotel is a solid 4-star property with views of the space needle from some of the rooms. The staff were attentive and friendly and I particularly liked the fact there was a whole foods store just below the hotel. The hotel and rooms were cofy and cozy, and when you walk in the hotel it feels more like a botique hotel, not to large like some of the mega hotels I have stayed at.

The reviews looked good on this hotel and we have not been disappointed. Room is a good size with views down to Union Lake from room 916. Hardly any noise. Staff very helpful, and a car available to drop you off in a 2 mile vicinity. They also collect you if you ring them. Breakfast on the first morning was very good in the bar, although we have resorted to getting fresh fruit and cereal from Farmfoods, close by, an easy walk to the Space Needle. Would certainly recommend the hotel.

Room Tip: As mentioned we are in 916' views down Terry Ave to Lake Union in the distance, the Seattle Time...

The staff were awesome, so helpful and kind. the bar and attached seafood restaurant were excellent and they had free car service to the needle and close by attractions. I will definitely return. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. The lobby was beautiful and functional

Room Tip: ask for a "view of the needle" room!

Nice hotel in good location close to downtown with very nice views. The best view rooms are on the west side looking toward the Space Needle and Puget Sound.

My room was spacious and quite comfortable with good work desk which I used for many hours. The complementary Internet service was fast and reliable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to help with everything.

They have a courtesy car that can take you most anywhere you need. I didn't use this service but it looked like one should plan in advance at "peak" hours.

The food at the bar is very good and the Seastar restaurant is exceptional.

My only qualm is with the "spa". The gym is very well equiped but the jacuzzi is nothing more than a hot pool with very few poorly located jets. If you want to use the sauna, plan in advance because it takes over an hour to reach temperature. For me, it was a waste of time.

If you service Suck I ll be ok if what you offer worth the money.
This Place is Amazing. Super clean, never seen cleaner. Very convenient. Starbucks, Whole foods underneath. Amazing, I say Amazing Restaurants. I have traveled a lot. ANC never fell in love with a restaurant that I tell everyone from Seattle how good they were. Sea Star great Seafood, Sushi
Tutabella for pizza and sandwiches it's the best in the NW. We need one in Portland. And I want to Run it.
Can't complain on this one and I am a complainer. Great job and thank you for making that Delicious food.

The room has a particular scent. I am fussy, but it didn't bother me--it was soothing, like the distant smell of a dry wood in a sauna. The rest of the place was like that, too. The painting in the lobby is beautiful. Rooms are very clean. Restaurant is supposed to be excellent, but didn't get to it. Staff are very attentive. Well-situated. Starbucks connected by inside. Organic grocery store in the ground floor on the slope side of the property. City park a block away. Great value.

I used to love the Pan about 4 years ago. Today it's overpriced and not as nice as it used to be....seems a little worn. Staff is okay. But, rooms small and overpriced for what you get. Location is good for work
